ECA - 2014 Convention Hotel Update
For the third consecutive year, ECA has sold out our reserved room block. To assist those members and conference participants who have not reserved accommodations yet, we have contacted “A Room With A View” hotel reservation service to assist ECA attendees with overflow hotel accommodations. This is a FREE SERVICE for all ECA attendees.
“A Room with a View” promises to get you the lowest available rate at the best available hotel within walking distance of the Omni Providence Hotel. They have researched Providence hotels specifically during our meeting dates to determine which hotel is the best value and location for our members. Once you make a reservation through this service, you will receive written confirmation via email that provides all the hotel and travel information you will need.
In the event that rooms become available at the Omni Providence Hotel due to cancellations, A Room With A View will notify conference attendees and help transfer reservations back to the Omni in the order in which they were booked.
