ECA 2019 Convention - First Draft of Program Ready for Review!
Dear Members,
I hope your semesters are off to a nice start or that your planning for the next semester is going well. I am pleased to announce Attendee Interactive (AI) can now be used to view the FIRST DRAFT of our conference program.
There are two functions currently available in AI. Those are
1. Search Program
2. Search Participants
The program grid is visible, but please DO NOT use it. I am working with AI to resolve a number of issues with the grid.
Please note that you will be able to see the date and time for presentations. Please keep in mind that I may need to make changes to the program because this is the first draft meant to resolve various issues.
I have worked hard on the following:
1. To ensure that there are no room conflicts/room double-bookings.
2. To ensure there are no scheduling conflicts for individuals by reviewing EACH member's schedule.
3. To accommodate special request.
Despite all of this effort, you will need to let me know about any issues or concerns you find after looking at the schedule. Please share your concerns using the Google form I created to capture your feedback.
