ECA 2020 Convention Reminders/Upcoming Deadlines
Just a reminder that February 1 is coming soon, and that is the deadline for a number of important things related to ECA 2020. Please go to https://ecacomm.org/aws/ECA/pt/sp/convention_advertising to take care of these:
Program ads and mobile app ad files are due (send to waldeck@chapman.edu/also contact me if you have questions about file specs)
Final day to reserve exhibit space
Final day to reserve a table for the graduate program fair
Final day to become a convention sponsor for full acknowledgement in the program
Also, please remember to check your convention schedule at https://ww4.aievolution.com/eca2001/index.cfm?do=cnt.page&pg=1002 and alert me of any errors atwaldeck@chapman.edu no later than 9 PM EST Thursday, January 23.

Book your room at https://ecacomm.org/aws/ECA/pt/sp/convention_hotels. The hotel is filling fast.
