ECA Community College IG - Election Open
Hello Everyone,
On behalf of the Executive Committee of CCIG, I would like to explain how we come up with candidates to various IG positions for the next two years. We had tried to solicit possible candidates to serve as the GIFTS Program Planner for 2021 ECA and IG Program Planner & Chair for 2022 ECA, and IG Representative to EC from 2020 to 2022. Unfortunately, we did not receive any nomination. As a result, the Executive Committee of CCIG makes a decision to self-nominate ourselves to various positions. Since this is an abnormal situation, we also decide to make GIFTS Planner for 2021 ECA and IG Program Planner & Chair for 2022 as TWO separate positions this time only.
- The 2020 CCIG Secretary, Susan Ward, self-nominates to serve as Secretary and GIFTS Program Planner for 2021 ECA.
- The 2021 CCIG Chair and Program Planner, Jessica Papajcik, self-nominates to serve as CCIG Chair and Program Planner for 2022 ECA.
- The 2020 CCIG Chair and Program Planner, Andy Kai-chun Chuang, self-nominates to serve as CCIG Representative to Executive Council from 2020 to 2022.
We will need you vote for the approval of above candidates and for the proposed bylaws amendment. Again, you can review the proposed bylaws before you vote.
